Substitution Policy
Our photos showcase an overall theme and may feature unique vases that are not always available. While the actual bouquet might not exactly match the photo, it will maintain the same style and essence. Due to factors like weather, seasonality, and market conditions, we may need to substitute flowers or containers. If substitutions are necessary, we'll ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme remain consistent, and we'll only use items of equal or greater value.
